Brittany D. Hansen is a Senior Associate at Beacon LLP, specializing in tax and estate planning. She assists individuals and families with estate and business succession planning. Her practice is founded on a deep understanding of both the unique needs of families and multigenerational family businesses and ever-changing federal and state laws.

Brittany uses the full spectrum of income, gift, estate, and property tax to create a transition plan that fits the client’s wishes. She regularly implements sophisticated wealth preservation techniques, including the formation and administration of irrevocable trusts, business entities, special purpose entities, and charitable vehicles, to achieve a client’s objectives.

Brittany obtained her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015 followed by her LL.M in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

Prior to joining Steve and Erica at their former firm Henderson Caverly Pum & Trytten LLP, Brittany was an associate attorney at Ambrecht & McDermott, LLP, a boutique estate planning firm in Montecito, California, where she provided estate and tax planning services for high-net-worth clients.
